This site presents information about our block management, maintenance and related services. Our services are provided under a separate written management agreement with the freeholder, resident management company or Right to Manage company.

2. Website content

Our guides provide general information to help you understand block management. For legal or financial decisions, take professional advice on your own situation, as leases and leasehold law differ between buildings and between England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

3. Enquiries and issue reports

A quote request is an invitation to talk: commitments on either side begin once a management agreement is signed. In an emergency involving immediate danger, always call the emergency services first.

This site's design, code, branding and written content belong to us unless stated otherwise. Please ask our permission before copying or republishing any of it.

5. Liability
